COVID-19 Update 18.08.2020
In line with the latest guidelines for the relaxation of Covid-19, we aim to start booking maintenance visits from 1st September 2020. In order for us to manage this as efficiently as possible, we will be booking maintenances by area/town i.e. grouping maintenances due in Perth all for the same day, Dundee for the same day etc. We would ask for your co-operation to allow this to happen. Having said this, we will be making contact via telephone to provisionally book maintenance visits.
Our office telephone lines are now operational again and the mobile number previously noted that has been used during the COVID lockdown period will no longer be monitored and will become obsolete as of 1st September 2020.
If you require an emergency engineer between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday then please phone our office on 01738 451033. If you require an emergency engineer outwith normal office hours then please continue to phone the out of hours number on 0115 934 1026.
We hope all of our clients have managed to stay safe during these unprecedented times and would like to offer our reassurance that all engineers have been fully COVID-19 trained and are equipped with sanitiser and full PPE which will be worn at all times on site.

Our office is currently unmanned. We will continue to respond to urgent call outs from our contracted clients. We have set up a dedicated phone number enabling our contracted clients to phone the on-call engineer directly in the event of an urgent call out within normal office hours.
If you require an emergency call out engineer between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday please phone 07849 141757. At times, the on-call engineer may not be able to answer the phone. In this event please leave a voicemail with a contact number and the engineer will phone you back at the earliest opportunity.
If you require an engineer outwith normal office working hours, please continue to phone the out of hours number on 0115 934 1026.

AMFSS COVID-19 Statement 24.03.2020
In response to the latest guidelines issued from the Government, AMFSS are postponing all non-urgent visits, including routine maintenance appointments. We will continue to respond to urgent call outs for our existing contracted clients where it is safe to do so. The on-call engineer can be accessed through the usual channels – during
office hours on 01738 451033, or outwith office hours on 0115 934 1026.
Our main priority is the safety of our staff, clients and general population during these uncertain times. We are currently unsure when we will be able to resume normal service, however we will continue to closely monitor guidelines issued by the Government and the NSI.
